Our conference facilities coupled with our dedicated team will ensure your conference is hassle free and meets your specifications. Our well established conference venues are a preferred choice due to our competitive conference packages and spectacular views. Our facilities have the capacity to cater for up to 180 delegates. So whether it is a large conference or an intimate meeting space you require, we have what you are looking for.
Decide upon a date and the number of delegates you will be booking for. Confirm equipment you will need for your conference ie: Data Projector, Screen, Microphones etc. Indicate which room set-up is required or of preference to you. You are most welcome to ask for our recommendation to ensure an optimized space.
Indicate if the delegates attending the conference will be having lunch and at what time.
Once your quotation is received, you will need to indicate your interest in booking your required conference date with a signed CONFIRMATION form COUPLED with the proof of payment for the deposit. Any changes in delegate numbers should be communicated well in advance with the Banqueting Co-ordinator to prevent a loss of delegate fees as the charges are done based on the booked number of guests.
If the delegates will be having lunch inform the hotel of any special dietary requirement such as halal, diabetics, vegetarian, kosher etc. Please ensure that arrangements are made for any guests with disabilities and special needs.

Lunch is offered in our Highlander Restaurant which boasts a fantastic and pristine view of the Nahoon River. Lunch consists of either a buffet or set menu as per quotation.
The Blue Lagoon Hotel is situated on the banks of the Nahoon river, and nestled in sub-tropical foliage. Our facilities lead directly onto the beach, thereby making our conference facilities and location the perfect setting and environment for Team Building Activities.
